CAREER
After a first year of post-graduation at Cardiff University (Wales), Cécile got a MA in Intellectual Property at the University of Nantes, under the supervision of Professor Lucas.
While completing her curriculum at the Bar Professional Training School (EDAGO), she undertook an internship in a Malaysian law firm located in Kuala Lumpur and specialized in IP Law.
After being called to the bar in 2014, Cécile started as an IP and new technology lawyer in Toulouse, before joining LANGLAIS AVOCATS team. On the 1st of July 2021, she became a Partner of the firm with Pierre LANGLAIS.
OUTSIDE THE FIRM
Cécile likes traveling, playing and listening to music and enjoying Brittany
TRAINING AND PUBLICATIONS
Cécile provides training in the firm’s areas of expertise, in particular in the training school for lawyers.
She publishes an annual overview of case law in the French Industrial Property journal (Lexisnexis) in the areas of :
- additional remuneration and fair price of employees’ inventions,
- infringement seizure.
